Zhiyun Smooth-Q4 smartphone gimbal is the latest smartphone gimbal released by Zhiyun. The direct competitor product is DJI's OM5.
HikerWire will not post a product review for this gimbal in the future. In our initial test we found it can hardly support heavy smartphones such as iPhone 12 Pro Max and often resets its position. With small phones or without the case, it works relatively smoothly. We have returned the product to BHPhoto due to this issue since our primary phone is an iPhone 12 Pro Max with case. This is not a problem with the gimbal itself since its max supported weight is 280g and our phone is beyond its range.
